If your book has not arrived
This is the problem I see most, and it is nearly always a delivery issue I can fix. Before writing, check your spam folder and promotions tab. That is usually where it has gone.
If it is not there, write to me and I will send the files by hand. You do not need an order number. The email address you paid with is enough.
